Carl, Christine, Luke (11) and Matthew (6) are all beach lovers. We purchased this condo in 2016. Carl grew up going to North Myrtle Beach, where his grandfather had a beach place. Christine grew up going to Ocean City, MD, where her family had an extensive annual family reunion. Family is so important to us, and we purchased this place so that our family could have a great place to go to visit wi
th us. We rented this unit from the previous owner when we started our house hunting, and after a lengthy tour of various properties for sale, we sat down and Christine said, you know, THIS place is the kind of place that we're really looking for! And through some great fortune, the previous owner agreed to sell! We couldn't be happier... and please rest assured that we will do everything we can to make your stay as carefree and happy as possible! We try to buy the same quality things for our beach place that we buy for home use. Hopefully you'll agree that our property is indeed "well-appointed"!
