Well, I went to the Hospital for the Watchman procedure on Wednesday this week. It is not a walk in the park but the benefits out way the discomfort. I had some complications 'but they can't make me go away. Not having to worry about a stroke takes a lot off your mind. Thanks to the Maker for getting thru this.

Good Morning everyone, yesterday I posted about the full schedule planned for the Ranch, believe me when I say that it all came together for a change. My class went well, almost, with a fix coming up, the Farrier came and the Wonder Horse was a true Gentleman. Last but far from the least, , a crew of about a dozen people showed up as promised with a huge tractor, chain saws, etc. With a strong work ethic not seen in a bunch of young people for many months. This Great bunch of people, led by some Senior advisors began to cut up and remove our downed trees, with a young man who was driving a HUGE John Deere tractor like it was a play toy. The hard work that all displayed was a sight to behold. We were awed that the volunteers that came together and worked so hard for us. This Group of outstanding people are all members of The Church of Latter Day Saints out of Georgia and have been coming to Florida to do Crisis Cleanup for eleven years. Words can not become close to describing the effort that these young folk displayed to help people that are unable to do so on their own Thanks to the Church of Latter Day Saints for all they did for us.

Good Morning, oh what a Day this will be. Crew coming in for clearing all our downed trees and Farrier coming for the Wonder Horse and last but certainly not least, I have a Concealed Permit Course starting at 10 AMI am glad things are coming along with no help from Fema or our insurance. First, I would like to Thank the Maker for getting my Wife, myself and many, many others thru this truly devastating storm. We lost many trees, some of them decades and hundreds of years old, never to be seen and enjoyed in our lifetime again. Our Home, as some of you know, came thru this with minimal of damage for which we are Thankful. The damage to our property is unbelievable and will take years to get things close to normal., however, the lack of assistance from the tax funded agencies' and makes me wonder who our tax money supports.
I do with to Thank those that stopped and gave us water and food to get by until power was restored in nine days. The kindness shown by our neighbors Ed and Lisa was above and beyond expectations. Thanks to the many others who attempted to help us, we are both elderly and disabled so all we can offer is our Thanks.
