I just have to post how happy I am today because I have been feeling great after a long road to recovery from my spinal surgery in June. My surgeon, the fabulous Dr. David Bomback of Orthopedic & Neurosurgery Specialists, gave me a new lease on life. Until about a month ago, I was wondering if I had made the right decision but he told me to hang in there and keep using the bone growth stimulator and exercising. Well, I feel terrific now and Dr. Bomback said that my fusion is progressing much faster than expected - like someone who had ACDF surgery 7-8 months ago and not just 4 months since. I’m thrilled and am so glad I took that scary step. It has literally changed my life!

It is said that “traveling solo opens you up to being moved by things,” and in our experience, that’s what travel is all about.

Although solo travel may feel daunting, it doesn’t have to be. With my expertise, traveling alone can unlock opportunities to connect with like-minded travelers, experience off-the-beaten-path adventures, and provide a sense of accomplishment by overcoming challenges.
