Scituate Beach Feature: Minot Beach

Take in views of Minot Light, explore the famous Well Rock, take a walk along the sea wall or simply enjoy the sandy beach at Minot! After Labor Day and before Memorial Day, parking at the Minot Beach parking lot is free!

Save the Dates! Join us at Untold Brewing for two special events during Untold Stories Week this September to benefit the Scituate Library Foundation!

On Sunday 9/22 from 12-5 we'll be celebrating the launch of Untold Brewing's Untold Stories beer, enjoying live music, a 50/50 raffle and the Flying Boar food truck, and shopping books from a Buttonwood Books and Toys pop up all to raise money for the Scituate Library Foundation to benefit the Scituate Town Library!

On Thursday 9/26 from 6-8pm, join us at Untold Brewing for a Sip + Swap night! Bring your used books to swap with other guests, enjoy an Untold Stories beer. The first 50 attendees that make a suggested donation will get a free tote bag! Any books that are not swapped will benefit the Friends of the Scituate Town Library bookstore!

We invite you to watch the compelling documentary produced by the Cape Cod Cape Verdean Museum and Culture Center. Following the screening, there will be a discussion with museum members.

This documentary honors the brave Cape Verdean men and women who have served in the U.S. military. We are especially proud to feature one of Scituate’s own residents, the late Officer Paul Andrade, whose story adds a personal connection to our community.
