Castle Horgan has had a major face lift this past year. The home is no longer green. And there is a garage where the driveway once was.

Beautiful home on the water of Sebago Lake in Sebago, Maine. The home has a dock, swim dock, boat and jet ski moorings, boat launch, kayaks, paddle boards, and corn hole.
Perfect for multiple families vacationing together.
3 bedrooms, plus a loft, which has additional beds and its own 1/2 bath. 2 full baths on the main level. House will sleep 12-14 comfortably and is fully furnished.

Security deposit $500 returned to you once our cleaning company comes in and inspects for damage, cleaning fee is $200
We rent on a first come first serve basis. When you request a contract, you have 7 days to return signed contract and deposit. We will not offer the dates to anyone else during that period. Dates will be marked pending during this time.

To reserve dates, we require a signed contract with deposit of ½ rent and the cleaning fee. The remaining half of rent and security deposit is due 30 days prior to the rental date.

Our rates vary depending on the time of year and the number of people renting.
Castle Horgan’s weekly rental period is Saturday – Saturday

We wanted to remind you that time is running out to confirm your week's reservation at Castle Horgan or Butterworth Bungalows for summer 2023. We have reserved the week/weeks you rented from us this past summer and will hold them for you until the date indicated below before opening them up for new guests.

The pricing structure for summer 2023 remains as it was for 2022

September - October, pricing varies, 3-night minimum, Naples Only

Please let us know if you would like to reserve your dates for the summer of 2023 by Friday, Dec. 1, 2022. Once we receive confirmation, we will send you your contract. We will be opening unreserved dates to the public on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2022.

Happy Holidays, we hope all is well with everyone.

Due to the rise in all costs, including taxes, insurance, maintenance, and housekeeping, we will need to raise our prices for next summer. This is the first increase that we have needed to pass on to our guests in the past 7 years. We are absorbing some of the costs, but can not afford to absorb them all.

Every year, we strive to offer an excellent vacation experience to our guests, and next year is no different. At the Bungalows in Naples, we are outfitting both kitchens with all new items, including coffee pots, toaster, toaster ovens, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and food storage containers. For outside fun, both the Bungalows and Sebago will be getting regulation-size corn hole sets. Sebago will also have new kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, including all the life vests that are necessary.

We will post available dates for summer 2022 on Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021
