November and December are $3400 for the month, or rent for a week for $1700. Seasonal decor available. Jan and February are only $1700 for the whole month, and the early spring days of March can be had for just $2040 for the month.

Jane's Retreat North Topsail Beach is now booking for summer 2022 and beyond. The most common question people ask is, "How do I book with you?" The answer has always been, "Just ask!" I usually start talking to someone through Facebook messenger, but we often progress to text messages or phone calls, and even meet-ups if you are local to me in North Carolina. I do not use any rental agency or platform. It's all me. The second most common question people ask is, "What dates are available?" This year I'm trying something new. I've added a Book Now button to the page, which will take you to a Facebook calendar and allow you to book a "service." The "services" are book a week or more in June, July, and August, and book 2 or more nights in Oct, November, and December. The rate for a week (and nightly if available) is shown for each month. Weekly rates always include a discount of 1 night, so 7 nights for the price of 6. Additional days are prorated at the nightly rate. If you use the Book Now button, I will contact you with additional information and make payment arrangements. A cleaning fee of $150 will be added to your weekly or nightly total. All of this fee goes to the cleaner.

You do not have to use the Book Now button. You can continue to contact me through Messenger, and once your dates are confirmed, I will update the calendar for you. If you are interested in dates outside the service dates, please contact me directly for availability.

In addition, this year our HOA has drastically increased the cost to replace parking passes and pool passes to $50 per pass. I can't tell you how many times guests (including my own family) have driven off with a parking pass or pool pass in their car. Therefore, this year I am forced to anticipate the potential loss of the parking passes and pool passes and charge a refundable deposit of $500. This has to cover missing passes as well as any damage. My cleaner will count the passes after each guest and let me know if any are missing. If you drive off with one by mistake, you can return it promptly (preferably overnight) and still get your deposit refunded.

Interested in a "White Christmas" on the sandy beaches of North Topsail? Jane's Retreat is available the entire month of December. Gather the family and enjoy a relaxing Christmas vacation. I've done all the decorating for you. Stockings are hung by the "fire" and I've even got 3 pre-wrapped boxes ready for gift-giving. Send me a message if interested.

We have a turtle nest! The nest is roped off with orange fencing at the end of Building 1 The eggs are expected to hatch in 60-75 days, so Sept 10 or later. Turtle watchers will be observing the nest and will assist the hatchlings when they emerge. In the meantime, the lights on the dune crossover at Building 1 will be turned off and you are requested to turn off oceanside deck lighting at night. Be sure to take a look at the nest when you are there, but of course, do not disturb. This is exciting news!
