nsets make it ideal for ocean lovers and family vacationers! The island is rich with history and well known for its turtle sanctuary, small town feel, and restaurants and boutiques. About Sailaway Cove at Topsail Dunes- The condo is newly renovated and decorated with an enchanted, modern rustic feel to add to your getaway experience. Relax by the pool or take a stroll on the beach. And, don’t forget to watch the incredible sunrises and sunsets that can be seen from anywhere on the island, best all from your very own beachside patio. You will not be disappointed. The space- Sailaway Cove is a newly renovated and beautifully decorated condo situated on a beach, with a large community pool. Topsail is a quiet and peaceful barrier island situated off the coast of North Carolina. It is also a sanctuary for sea turtles and known for its particularly beautiful beaches. The Sailaway Cove Condo sits on the Northside of the island near Surf City. Because of its quiet, remote surroundings, it is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasures of a full beach getaway vacation for a fraction of the cost. Although the island is never crowded, it is brimming with adventures and fun things to do. Its rich history and magical beach appeal create the perfect setting to escape from the stress of the real world. Things to keep in mind:

Additional Rules-We want you to enjoy our home away from home. We love this condo; it’s our pride and joy, and we are happy to share it with you. Have a few friends over for drinks and pool time; enjoy the beach and the gorgeous view. But, please treat it as your own home. We ask that you keep it tidy and do the dishes. Please put them away when you’re finished, and leave the condo the way you would want someone to leave it if it were yours. Please wash the bedding, towels, and laundry before vacating the premise. We only ask that the condo be left the way you found it. If you have suggestions or questions/comments, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. This barrier island is a very special place, just as the condo we are entrusting you to enjoy, love, and respect as much as we do. Thank you for staying with us, and be safe in the ocean! Remember, if you feel like you’re being pulled out into the ocean, you might be stuck in a rip tide. In that case, don’t panic! Don’t swim toward the shore! Swim parallel with the beach until you’re no longer stuck in the rip tide and then swim back to shore. Don’t swim after dark or in the early morning hours unless you know what you’re doing! And, never swim alone! Make sure you find time watch the sun set and rise. There is nothing more amazing in Topsail. Finding shark teeth on the beach is really fun, too! If you look down while you walk the beach—both in the shore and on the wet sand—you can often see little black glints of rock. Pick them up and sometimes you’ll have actually found a shark tooth! If you leave your shark teeth at the condo in a cup, we will reward the guest who finds the most shark teeth with a free weekend stay at the condo during the off season (October-May). If you want to take them with you, that’s ok, too! And, if you run into sea turtles or any other marine life, please don’t disturb it throughout its natural journey on the island! About Topsail, NC- Topsail Island (/ˈtɑːpsɪl/, TOP-sill) is a 26-mile (41.8 km) long barrier island off the coast of North Carolina, roughly equidistant between the barrier islands of the Crystal Coast and the beaches of the Cape Fear region, lying south of Jacksonville, North Carolina and Camp Lejeune. The northeastern edge of the island is the New River Inlet, and the southwestern edge is New Topsail Inlet. It is separated from the mainland by a series of small sounds and channels that make up a portion of the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway. It contains the communities of North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach. Along with its thick maritime forests, Topsail Island is also a sanctuary for sea turtles and known for its beautiful beaches. The island lies in Onslow County in the north, and in Pender County in the south. There are only two ways on and off the island: a high rise bridge in Surf City, and high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach.
