New PVC railings being installed! We purchased this home 03/11/21 and have made vast improvements to it. We have replaced all the furniture in the house including mattresses, as well as every ceiling fan. Installed 50” wireless tv’s in the bedrooms and living room. We strive to make sure our guests have lasting memories when they visit our houses!

Welcome to Coastal Memories located on the ocean front of North Topsail Beach. This home has 5 bedrooms . Four bedrooms face the ocean with sliding glass doors and decks, 1 bedroom facing the Inter coastal waterway. The house has 4.5 bathrooms, two of those being Master Bathrooms. Reverse floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room on the 4th floor.
This house is handicap accessible and has an elevator. Come sit in the 4th floor hot tub and watch the ocean or the stars and see the pelicans fly just a few feet overhead.
Direct and private beach access and also an outdoor shower!
