No one ever told me how much “stuff” it takes to start a new vacation rental. The time and effort to find it all, then getting it there and setting it all up. Our poor dining room doubles as a staging area and so does a garage for furniture we plan to swap out. These pictures only show a fraction of it all. It’s going to be a busy week August 13!

We are very excited to officially announce our newest Topsail Island Vacation Home - Bikini Bottom. Bikini bottom boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, right on the ocean in the resort community of Villa Capriani. We will be making a few updates, including fresh paint throughout early August.
