In collaboration with Change Matters, PDM was able to bring a touch of comfort and care to families beginning their cancer journey. Such a beautiful day with ! We had a blast at their annual golf outing filled with a Bloody Mary bar, live music from Chris Lebresco, a silent auction, and great company! The Change Matters for Kids with Cancer organization is dedicated to bringing joy and resources to families affected by pediatric cancer through their coping kits (filled with a blanket, iPad, and other goodies that provide the comforts of home). The crew on the B 50 project has been on site for over 12 months, operating under strict pharmaceutical plant, safety protocols. Recently, they went through an extensive audit that looked at physical field ex*****on and documentation for the entire life of the project. The findings of the audit lead the auditors to finish a normally five day process in only 3 1/2 days.
The team has fielded crane lifts, safety hazards from typical job site conditions, and coordination with other trade to keep their project running perfectly on schedule. Utilization of the hierarchy of controls, job safety analyses, and daily Pre task planning, help the crew mitigate any safety concern that may come up.

We held a two day company safety leadership meeting with our very own safety experts, in addition to guest speaker Regina McMichael to learn more about how we can all implement safety practices in every step of our projects!
