Unfortunately, because of our HOA Bylaws, we cannot accommodate animals.

Hello, Trylon 308’ers! Our knuckleheads’ fall sports schedules are now out, and, unfortunately for us, they have us traveling for soccer, baseball, and softball when we planned to spend to relax at Paradise in North Wildwood — Trylon 308. So, we’re opening the schedule to our friends!

The weekend of 9/17/22 is now available for $900.00 for 3 nights (minimum stay) plus $100 for professional cleaning before and after your stay.

ALL September weeknights are also now available for just $250 per night (2 night minimum) plus $100 for professional cleaning before and after your stay.

And if you want to get an early start on 2023, we have to cancel our Memorial Day weekend trip because we’ll be traveling (again) for baseball and softball. So, if you’d like it, it’s yours for $900.00 for 3 nights (minimum stay) plus $100 for professional cleaning before and after your stay. Each additional night is just $250.00 per night.

Small changes can make a big difference. The entire facility has been painted, and we’ve added floating numbers to our door. Also added a nice key holder to the interior door frame. Lots of other small improvements throughout, but these are two of my favorites.

Went down to Paradise yesterday to check in with the contractor, who had just finished installing a ceiling fan and dimmer switch in the living room! Going to be so nice having it help cool the unit in the summer, and circulate that wonderful ocean air with the windows and door open in the spring and fall.

More upgrades still to come, and I’ll post here as we progress.

Hey, Trylon 308'ers! Since most of our guests live outside of NJ, I thought I'd share a quick video I shot for a client earlier today.

If you're pulled over and ticketed in a state in which you don't live, will the points transfer back to your home state? Probably not.

44 of the 50 states, including Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware, are all part of the Interstate Drivers License Compact. Under the Compact, minor offenses like speeding, driving through a red light, rolling at a stop sign, and careless driving do NOT transfer. Major offenses like DUI, fleeing the scene of an accident, vehicular homicide, or using the vehicle in the commission of a felony, DO transfer.
