North Wildwood Summer Fun Recently renovated and beautifully decorated first floor condo on 26th Avenue in North Wildwood The Master Bedroom has a huge closet and private master bath.

This 3 Bedroom and 2 full bath unit, with open floorplan, granite countertops, newly resurfaced covered deck, & garage is all yours to enjoy. The main gathering area is an open concept with kitchen, living, and dining room. The kitchen is appointed with granite countertops and island seating which overlooks the following spaces:

· Living room which includes a large flat screen TV, electric

fireplace, loveseat, and a pull out/sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
· Dining room with a large table that can seat the whole family.
· Sliding door to your private, newly resurfaced, covered deck which has additional seating

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and includes a queen bed, and simple conveniences such as large ceiling fan with light, a large flat screen TV, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and ample closet space.

Sometimes it’s the little things…Architectural outlet/light covers and labels in main living area. Next is illuminated switches for hallway, and soft close hinges on kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities.

This off season’s projects - new kitchen floor and new dining room chandelier. Up next new ceiling fans in guest bedrooms. Shout out to David @ Shorepoint tile.

Guest bathroom update: new light fixture, mirror, faucet, vanity and wall hardware and new wall mounted cabinet over toilet.

Master Bathroom updates complete:

Master bath updates include, new paint (now grey walls and white wainscoting), baseboard and door casing, new matching light fixtures, mirrors, faucet, vanity hardware, towel bars and hooks, and wall hung cabinet over toilet.

Next year vanity to be updated with custom built shaker doors and a coat of paint.
