Recently renovated and beautifully decorated first floor condo on 26th Avenue in North Wildwood The Master Bedroom has a huge closet and private master bath.

This 3 Bedroom and 2 full bath unit, with open floorplan, granite countertops, newly resurfaced covered deck, & garage is all yours to enjoy. The main gathering area is an open concept with kitchen, living, and dining room. The kitchen is appointed with granite countertops and island seating which overlooks the following spaces:

· Living room which includes a large flat screen TV, electric

fireplace, loveseat, and a pull out/sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
· Dining room with a large table that can seat the whole family.
· Sliding door to your private, newly resurfaced, covered deck which has additional seating

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and includes a queen bed, and simple conveniences such as large ceiling fan with light, a large flat screen TV, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and ample closet space.

Master Bathroom updates complete:

Master bath updates include, new paint (now grey walls and white wainscoting), baseboard and door casing, new matching light fixtures, mirrors, faucet, vanity hardware, towel bars and hooks, and wall hung cabinet over toilet.

Next year vanity to be updated with custom built shaker doors and a coat of paint.

Finished the shiplap accents throughout main living area, wrapped kitchen island and sliding door bump out! Really tied room together with built in entertainment center. Plus a trip to cape may!

New carpet and padding in common entrance stairwells. HUGE improvement vs 20 year old contractor grade carpet with no padding!

Big thank you to Abbey Carpet who traveled down from Woodbury, NJ. Their installers impressed me once again - Highly recommend!

Cleaned up the landscaping along curb line - big improvement and many “thank you’s” from neighbors walking by. Pruned back the red tip photinia, removed the invasive and overgrown grasses, excavated driveway apron areas and added heavy paver fabric, river rock, and boulders, planted a summer blooming Viburnum & a dozen flowering Lilly grasses finished with black dye mulch. Added a few 2’ square stepping stones to transition to paver walkway as well. Next a little pressure washing on sidewalk.
