The Reset Retreat 2023 in Greece and Italy was an incredible experience. From a full moon circle on the edge of the Aegean Sea led by , to a goddess flow class deep in the forest of Umbria, in Italy led by .np, to the food, the yoga, the laughter, the tears, the SISTERHOOD that was created in 10 amazing days. I loved every minute of it. Thank you to the 15 ladies who took this trip with me. And to those who may take future ones with me.

A tiny change in our name that encompasses a new arm of what HeartWork stands for: living creating a life you love... and living well.

Yoga and barre? Here to stay. (In fact, we're *still* doing online classes and plan to reopen the studio for in-person classes in April.)

AND - we fully intend to bring more experiences and trainings that give you the tools to LIVE.
