Blue and green milk. I have to admit that these truly creeped me out when we first saw them. But ultimately, the blue one I kinda like. Completely vegan, these are dairy free but do use coconut milk. The green one is citrusy in flavor and you either like it or you don't.

Ronto wraps. Unfortunately, I cannot eat these in the park at all. I've learned to make ones similar at home so if interested let me know and I'll grab recipes.
Made using ( at last check) Roscoes hot dogs ( contain celery juice and soy) on a wrap similar to a Greek gyro one with roasted pork, a tangy coleslaw and peppercorn sauce. Found in Galaxy's Edge at Rontos Roasters these are available for lunch and dinner hours.

We're starting with Woody's Lunchbox and the Lunchbox tarts!
The raspberry ( not shown) is the "everyday" flavor and is a raspberry jam filled pastry with strawberry fondant and crispy pearled sugar. But, they offer a seasonal one frequently. Right now it's the s'mores hot chocolate one which I would LOVE to go try but sadly Disney isn't on my travel plans this year 😭.

While at Woody's Lunchbox... Might as well grab this fantastic treat too. Totchos!! I have such an addiction to these babies that I make them at home pretty often. Crispy tater tots covered in chili, cheese sauce, sour cream, Fritos, chives and cheddar. I'm not gonna lie... They're an allergy nightmare in the park for me ( beans and potentially soy due to fryers) but the rest of y'all can love them.

It's been officially announced this morning. MuppetVision 3D will close June 7 2025, to make way for the new Monsters Inc Land.

Sharing some CT spring break time vacation options! CT elementary, middle and highschool are off April 14-18 which leads straight into Easter so rates are a bit higher. Shown here are 3 different levels resorts, value - All Star Music, moderate- Coronado Springs, and a deluxe studio villa at Saratoga . All of these include 4 day park passes, 1 park a day and the standard dining plan. Ages on these are 2 adults and 2 kids ages 10 and up.

I'm stopping at this one for today. There are so many options in Epcot that I could be here for hours!
This one is an allergy friendly item ( well, for many) These are kakigiri, Japanese shaved ice, served in a couple different ways. First is just shaved ice with a sweet flavor liquid added in various flavors... Strawberry is my favorite.
Or, get them with milk topoing which is a sweetened condensed milk poured over with the fruit flavor topping or, if you're 21 and older with valid 🆔, get the sake version!
The plain fruit ones are typically top 9 safe. Obviously if cross contamination is an issue for you, I'd avoid for dairy, fish, shellfish allergies as these are served at Kabuki Cafe in Japan and they serve sushi at the same stand.

We're back in France for this one! It's later in the day and you need an orange or citron slush from Les Vins. ( I prefer citron myself) But probably need something to fill your belly too, cuz who doesn't eat their way around your vacation?? Stop by Crepes A Emporter first and grab a homemade crepe with berries, or vanilla ice cream, maybe you'd prefer the one with cheese? So many options now! I like just butter and sugar on mine while I wait in line for my slush 🤤

Now I personally can't have this one at all, but it's been rated pretty high by nearly everyone I've spoken to. Regal Eagle ( typically one of my go to places for allergy friendly food) has these adorable banana pudding cups. Layers of vanilla wafers, banana pudding and whipped cream, they're a perfect size to grab and go for all ages. They do contain or have cross contamination warnings for all Top 9 allergens so if that is an issue for you, I'd avoid.

It's lunchtime and you've just gotten to the UK in World Showcase. You know you should eat, but don't want anything super heavy because you're headed to Via Napoli for a ginormous pizza in a couple hours.... If you like fish and chips, you've entered the right pavilion! Yorkshire County Fish Market has these to go orders of a single piece of fish and chips (fries) that are just perfect to hold you over. And sooo good! Now, last time I checked in with them, if you're only allergy is soy, treenuts and peanuts, you were good to go. The batter does contain egg, wheat and dairy products. As always, I do recommend speaking to them prior to ordering to be safe. If good to go, grab your order, find a trash can and use as a table while you people watch for a few minutes!

If you are staying on the Boardwalk side of Epcot and entering through the International Gateway, for me that means Les Halles in France to start my day! Shown is their standard ham and cheese croissant, but truthfully I can't pick just one favorite here. Croque Madam, the strawberry tarts, lobster bisque in a bread bowl .. yummmmmm. I could honestly eat here every day. Stop in, grab a pastry and a mimosa and off you go for your next adventure in World Showcase.

Ahhh Epcot.
It gets a bad review from so many as being an " educational and boring park for kids". I fail to agree, as do my kids, but we're foodies, love learning different cultures ... And hanging out in the aquarium is time well spent for us. ( Besides, who doesn't love Turtle Talk with Crush!!).
Today's first item comes from Connections Cafe. Great for a light breakfast with your coffee, these are a snack credit. Liege waffles are a brioche dough coated in a crispy caramelized sugar. Nice and airy, the pearled sugar on the edges does change with events and seasons. Perfect size for one person on your way to your next ride in the park!

Welcome to another morning of fantastic Disney World snacks! Today is all about Epcot and the non festival foods that are available all the time. Continuing our journey into Adventureland.. here's another must have snack.
Dole Whip!!
Now I can recall on some of our very first trips that your only option was standard pineapple ( still my favorite) or of course orange. Since way back then 😂😂, so many new flavors have appeared!
Shown in the photo is the Tropical Serenade. This consists of coconut swirl ( contains dairy!!) in POG juice and topped with a yummy cake pop. Now I love this one, but sadly can no longer have passion fruit juice so I'm out of luck ( not one I'm willing to test out in Disney) I usually just stick to a pineapple/coconut swirl and call it a day. But, if avoiding all dairy, you have options!
At Sunshine Tree Terrace you can get orange or strawberry. They do have dedicated machines for each flavor. I do believe the strawberry and orange Fanta floats as well as the I Lava You float are all dairy free if you stick to the two flavors available... But always check with the binders!
Swirls on the Water often has the newest flavors, right now they're offering lime, raspberry and strawberry.
Of course if you're like me and like a little kick with yours .. stop by Pineapple Lanai at Poly or Tamu Tamu in AK for Pineapple with a shot of rum... Or Wine Bar George for a fun variety of mixed cocktails!

Okay, so these might honestly be one of my worst throw caution to the wind with allergies foods ever. I absolutely love them, and have recreated at home for my own safety 😂
Cheeseburger Spring rolls from the spring roll cart in Adventureland. Technically, they're right outside the entrance to the land, so it's often a decent place to just stop and grab a snack. There are often other flavors available, pepperoni pizza, Reuben, steak and cheese.... But these remain the favorite.
Here's the recipe I use in case anyone wants to make their own. And personally, I dip mine in "pink sauce" at home. ( Mayo, ketchup, garlic powder and a couple drops of hot sauce).
