Ubhejane - Zulu for Rhino,our last day on the itinerary was prepared from inspiration of a Rhino’s sacredness. Table Mountain has just been named one of the New 7 Wonder of Nature. Starting at 71 Wale Street, the walk takes you to the Auwal Mosque, which is the oldest mosque in South Africa, dating back to 1794. Inside the mosque you will see a Quran handwritten from memory, by Tuan Guru, an exiled political prisoner from the Island of Tidore. From here, walk down the street with all the colourful houses. This is the most photographed street in South Africa. Thereafter continue towards Cape Town’s famed spice shop, Atlas, where you will smell the heady aromas of spices used in everyday Cape Malay cooking.
The tour concludes with a Cape-Malay cooking class. This is a team effort with everyone partaking in the making of the meal which they then sit down to enjoy.

Ingwe - Zulu for Leopard, our fourth day was prepared from inspiration of a leopards symbolism of wisdom and courage. The Winelands dramatic mountains stand guard over a quilt of working vineyards, elegant Cape Dutch estates and quaint towns boasting top restaurants, hotels and spas. Franschhoek is arguably the culinary headquarters of the country and home to the creative genius of several resident chefs.

Ibhubesi - Zulu for Lion, our third day was prepared from inspiration of a lions symbolic image of Africa. Royalty. This 10,000-hectare conservancy has evolved from its early days of being residence to various antelope species only to becoming the home of the Big 5 – elephant, lion, buffalo, rhino and leopard - as well as a significant amount of other wild game, which roam freely on the reserve.
