Meet the crew! | Raven

Raven is our social media manager, crew, and owner of Lemonade. She grew up sailing with her family on a 30ft Newport sailboat through the islands of Canada for weeks on end. She has a love for the outdoors and enjoys hiking, backpacking, and anything that gets her in nature. As well as various backgrounds in fitness, coaching, and physical therapy. She has experience working on various sizes of sailboats from 10ft to 65ft, but especially loves her boat, Lemonade. Raven is currently in the process of logging hours for her USCG 50 Ton Masters with a sailing endorsement on boats on Whidbey Island and Seattle.

Meet the Team! | Captain Brian

Brian has an eclectic mix of hobbies such as metal working, glass bead making, archery, backpacking, camping, and of course, boating. He started boating in his dads 16' runabout fishing out of Port Orchard. He caught the sailing bug 20 years ago with a friend on her little wooden sailboat, a 1947 Blanchard Sr. Knockabout. Soon after, he found himself on a six day trip sailing from Whidbey Is. to the San Francisco Bay. He is happy boating on anything from a kayak to an aircraft carrier, although he can hardly wait to turn the motor off and set sail. Brian currently holds a USCG 50 Ton Masters with sailing and towing endorsements. He also works as an EMT and has 18 years experience with marine rescue on various boats in the fire department.

We are looking for captains to help us expand. This will be a part time position. You must have great customer service, know history of the area and be a good conversationalist. You’ll be expected to engage with passengers, highlighting notable historic sites and events.
Minimum requirements are an Inland OUPV, sail endorsement is a plus, 2 years experience on a twin engine motor yacht. Proof of a current DOT drug screen or enrollment in a random drug screening program. PM me if interested.

We are happy to provide crewed charters in the waters of Whidbey Island. Our boat Otium has all the accommodations that your party of six needs for a good time.
