Join us on February 22, 2025, for the Ride for the Rescue - a Jeep (or other street-legal 4x4) adventure through the breathtaking New River Gorge National Park, all in support of the New River Animal Rescue! Online reservations are open now!

Bring your own street-legal 4×4 and explore approximately 75 miles of scenic country roads, rugged backcountry routes, and historic sites, including ghost towns and waterfalls.

After the ride, unwind at The Lost Paddle with dinner and drinks. Make a weekend out of it and take advantage of half-price lodging with our partner and host ACE Adventure Resort.

All proceeds from the ride benefit the New River Animal Rescue!

Thank you, Raleigh General Hospital, for your kind words and for the incredible work you do every day to care for our community. It was our privilege to help during the recent snowstorm. We are continually inspired by the hard work and commitment of healthcare professionals, especially in challenging circumstances. West Virginians have a way of coming together in times of need, and we’re grateful to have had the opportunity to support such an essential part of our community. Raleigh General Hospital would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to New River ATV for generously providing shuttle services to those who might have otherwise been unable to make it to work during the recent weather event. Prioritizing patient safety and well-being during extreme weather conditions is essential for minimizing risks and providing continuous care. Thanks to the generosity of New River ATV and their team, we had several staff members make it into work safely to care for our patients and community. As the saying goes, “The sun does not always shine in West Virginia, but the people always do.”
