A large fenced backyard, screened porch within 10 minutes’ walk or 3 minute ride to the beach! Island Time beach house is our home away from home. Short 10 min walk to the beach, less then .5 miles to the grocery stores and restaurants. We’ve put a lot of effort into making it a space that is welcoming, comfortable and homey. The living space has an open floor plan with stocked kitchen, dining, an
d living area. Relax on the front porch or in the enclosed screened back porch with coffee or some wine. Located less than .5 mile from the beach, and a public beach parking, if you would like to drive or rent a golf cart, at 46th Street with public bathrooms/shower. You are close enough to easily access everything but maintain a quiet, residential feel at the house which has a spacious backyard and patio area. The living room has a TV and complimentary Wifi. The TV includes Roku - allowing you watch a variety of video apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc - Subscription not provided, you must provide your own log in). Whole house wifi with fast cable internet connection of up to 1GB. A spacious Master bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second and the third bedroom each have a queen side bed. There is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water for taking a quick shower to get all of the sand and salt off before going inside after a day at the beach.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 kids (twin over twin bunk bed). The kitchen includes new appliances, dishes, utensils, pots / pans, and everything needed to cook at home as desired. The dining room farmhouse table sits 8 comfortably. You will have access to the entire house with private driveway parking. All bedrooms and bathrooms and living spaces. The entire house is open to use, there is a locked closet in the master bedroom. Additionally, the patio and the fenced backyard space include a propane grill. If the gas runs out, and you would be so kind to refill, please let us know and we will reimburse you with a receipt.
**NO SMOKING INSIDE OR AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE,
DUE TO FIRE HAZARD OF DRY PINE NEEDLES. If it is found that smoking took place, or there is a residual odor of tobacco there will be a $250.00 charge for odor remediation. We welcome you to our home and hope you love the slow pace of OKI as much as we do.
