Many thanks to all our guests!. At this time our 2024 summer and fall calendar is booked through December 21st. Monthly rentals are available starting January 1st through May 31st. January to April $2,100 per month with utilities included. May $2,650 with utilities included.

Very busy but productive week! The backyard is now fully fenced with 3 gates located at sides and rear. We encourage all guests to check all gates to ensure they are secure.

Had to give a shout out to OKI Scoop Shop and Donuts! Their store was extremely business this morning but had us in and out with fresh doughnuts and an iced coffee in no time! Many thanks from the owners and guests.

New reservations will benefit from reduced rates and fees:

$165 per night for July
$155 per night for August

No markups to cover commissions, linens, inspections, admin fees, or other junk fees. Enjoy direct communication with the owners for prompt responses and transparent, fair pricing without hidden fees—just nightly rent, pet fee (where applicable), Airbnb fee, and a cleaning fee that includes linens.
