If you are looking for a day trip during your visit, Elizabethtown is just over an hour and this winery is worth a stop! Great wine and a gorgeous setting to sit on the patio and enjoy!

Spring 2022 sun room renovation!! We had to keep the yellow flowery stained glass! The neighbors told us, one of the original owners of the home was an artist and crafted the stained glass pieces in the house. They are pretty amazing when the sun hits them!

Now for more of the story....sometimes a property just speaks to you. This one did. As we spent more time here, the more we heard.
For years, this home was owned by an elderly woman known by the local children as the one with the candy bowl! With time and a few different owners, the home didn't receive much for regular maintenance. We had our work cut out for us, but this home had personality and is now BEAMING!

Perfect place to unwind minutes from the beach! A home away from home where you can relax with your whole family. Enjoy a spacious home, campfires, some privacy and days on the beach where you can bring your dogs to play as well!
We love it here! The house itself is in need of some tender loving care and we'll share the progress with you as we get more photo ready! We'll be renting this retreat this summer and we will share its 'refresh' story with you soon!
