👉 Meet Jamie Rix, our amazing Quality Assurance Coordinator at Salem Stones! Jamie's journey with us over the past four years is a testament to her dedication and passion. Starting in production scheduling, she quickly moved up to Senior Production Coordinator, and now her work helps ensure our products meet the highest standards.

As a new mom to a delightful six-month-old daughter, Jamie masterfully balances work and parenthood. “Salem is very flexible with its workers. If you have an interest in a particular area, they'll find a way to use your skills instead of making you look elsewhere for opportunities.” 👪

In her role, Jamie addresses customer issues, documents Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and works on improving overall efficiency. This led to new guidelines for suppliers and packaging changes to minimize damages during shipping. 🚚

"It's really important to see what a finished product looks like," she says. "Seeing the Hamilton Township Fire Department stones we made posted on their Facebook, I was like, 'Hey, we made those.' Like, that's super cool." 🏆

Outside of work, Jamie is an avid gamer, enjoying everything from "Breath of the Wild" to "Apex Legends." She fondly remembers playing Halo with her dad and continues to enjoy video games with her husband. 🎮
