I have a lovely cottage, Sunny Day Chalet, on Fire Island at Ocean Beach, New York. It's 3 bedrooms/2 bath and it's just steps from the ocean. AC in every room, queen bed and 2 bunk bed, perfect for families, no cars, just relaxation!! Everything you need will be waiting for you! Huge back deck! You can text at 631 771-0986.

Summer weeks still available. I have all of June until July 3, July 17- 23 and from July 31st until August 20 is AVAILABLE. Weeks are Monday to Sunday at $6,000 a week plus $350 cleaning fee plus security deposit. Pets must be pre approved.

All bedrooms are air conditioned, as well as the spacious living room area.
One bathroom inside and one bathroom outside, enjoy your outdoor shower! White Picket Fenced-in front yard and backyard. Backyard has plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy!! Front yard has lovely sitting area while the backyard has large attached deck with huge couch, dinning table, umbrella, and outdoor BBQ grill.
Beautiful white sandy beach, no cars, kid-friendly, classical summer living at the beach!! Everything you need is already available to you, all kitchen items, washer and dryer, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bicycles and more!
Weekly rental: Check in on Friday after 3:00 PM - Check Out Thursday by 11:00 AM. However, you may request to arrive early and leave your belongings on the deck while you go for a walk, to the beach or into town. Similarly, you may request to leave your possessions on the deck on Thursday afternoon and stay a bit later. You will still have access to the outdoor shower and bathroom to clean off after the beach!
