The Town of Ocean Beach on Fire Island requires a minimum rental period of 7 days to maintain a quieter, more residential atmosphere, aligning with local regulations aimed at preserving community quality of life. For The Endless Summer, rentals run from Monday at noon until the following Sunday at noon, giving guests a full week to enjoy their stay.
