Dear fellow owners,
I hope everyone is enjoying summer. Just a few reminders as we move through the on season:
- For owners who wish to wash their balconies, please be mindful of unit owners below you. Our complex is busy this time of year and many people are enjoying their balconies.
-When using shopping carts to load or unload belongings, please return them promptly as other owners may need to use them. There have been times when there are no available shopping carts. Do not store them in units or outside units for an extended period of time.
- The dog walk area is along 80th street. Dogs are not permitted in the grass areas by the pool or behind the A and B buildings. Also, renters are not permitted to have pets.
- The white fenced area between the A and B buildings is not for storage of any kind. Items stored there will be removed.

It has come to the board’s attention that we have had some animal noise issues related to various units in our community. While our bylaws do not have specific rules and regulations around noise levels, it is our responsibility as owners to be respectful to each other in our community. Based on OCMD code, the following is the technical remedy that is available to an owner related to a noisy animal:

Chapter 6, Sec. 6-3. - Disturbance of persons.

(a) It shall be unlawful for an owner or person having possession of an animal or any other person to allow an animal to disturb the quiet of a person or neighborhood by barking, whining, howling, crying, squawking, whistling or any other unreasonably loud noise in a continuous manner.
(b) A violation of the provisions of this section shall be a municipal infraction subject to the provisions of section 1-8.
(Code 1999, § 6-3; Ord. No. 2000-28, 9-5-2000).
Municipal infractions are punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $1,000.00.
That being said, if ask that you attempt to resolve the situation amicably and if you would like the board to reach out to the unit owner your behalf or anonymously, please email the President or Secretary with your specific situation and we will address send a courtesy email to the owner asking that they attempt to resolve the situation. If you have any questions, please to do not hesitate to reach out.

Improperly Stored Items - The date to remove improperly stored items from stairwells and in between the A & B buildings has been extended from April 1 to April 17. After April 17, the Association will have items removed without compensation to owners.

Dear TT Owners,

Improper Storage - Any items left in the stairwells, including bicycles, must be removed by April 1, 2022. Items that have been left in the open area between the A & B buildings inside the fenced area, must also be removed by April 1, 2022. All items not removed by April 1, 2022, will be removed by the Association without compensation.

Owner Parking Passes - Triton's Trumpet Association is no longer requiring the owner vehicle windshield cling-on parking passes. Owners may remove it from your vehicle if you'd like.

Guest and Renter Parking Passes (paper version) - must still be displayed on vehicle dashboards for all guests and renters.

Triton's Trumpet Website - Remember to sign up for the owners-only section of the Triton's Trumpet Website at Tritonstrumpet.com. Miguel Ramirez, our website administrator, has done a fantastic job with our website. Currently only about half of Triton's Trumpet owners have signed up. The website has many informational features. The owners-only section includes information specific to owners such as meeting minutes, meeting notices, bylaws, rental forms, etc. Please reach out to Miguel if you have questions about signing up - [email protected].

Rental Forms - If you rent your unit, don't forget to submit the required Rental Form which can be found on our Triton's Trumpet Website as Tritonstrumpet.com. There is a fillable version where you can submit directly from the website and there is also a Word version that you can print, complete, scan and submit via email to me at [email protected]. It is very important that the Association has your rental form, so we know who to contact in case of an emergency or safety issue.

Dear Owners,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, our meeting previously scheduled to be held in-person at 12505 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD has been changed to a Zoom meeting. The building is closed to in-person meetings and at this late date, the BOD could not secure another meeting room. Owners will be given 2 minutes to speak. If anyone would like to speak, please RSVP to me at [email protected] by January 14.
The Zoom meeting will begin at 9am.

Triton's Trumpet is preparing for Pop-up Car Rally on Sept. 24-26
In preparation for this potentially disruptive event, Triton’s Trumpet Condo Association is taking the following action:

- The 79th Street Entrance/Exit will be CLOSED to ingress/egress starting Thursday, September 23rd at 5 PM until Sunday, September 26th at 9 AM.
- Only the 80th Street Entrance/Exit will be OPENED for ingress/egress to owners, renters, and visitors with Triton’s Trumpet parking passes visible in car windows. Parking passes should be displayed in the car window at all times while in the parking lot.
- Towing Companies will be staging trucks on our property to respond to violations in the midtown area.
- Several volunteers will be on the property to assist with traffic control during evening hours. If you are going to be in the OC area this week, please call 410-688-7993 or 443-497-2408 and volunteer your time to Triton’s Trumpet. More volunteers are always better

Each year the Ocean City Beautification Committee searches for properties which are attractive, well maintained and pleasing to the eye. To show appreciation for this effort in civic pride, the Beautification Committee and the Mayor and City Council presented the 2021 Beauty Spot Award in the condominium category to Triton’s Trumpet.
