Ocean City 1935 The Army Corp of engineers building the jetty of the now the entrance to the Ocean City Inlet. They had to build a railroad to move all the stones all the way to the entrance. Just look at how small the city was back then. Amazing.

Enjoy feasting on Maryland blue crab and the fresh catch of the day at the many nearby restaurants and bars.

Beautiful top floor Direct Bayfront southern exposure condo with the most AMAZING Bay & Sunset Views in the town. Watch the boat traffic from your condo or the large balcony. Unit has been updated with oversized tile floors, updated kitchen with newer soft close cabinets, granite counters, upgraded stainless appliances, full sized washer/dryer, large bedrooms, and bay front master bedroom.

Direct water access to the Isle of Wight Bay from the deck at the back of the property. Kayak or Paddleboard to the nearby sandbars and secluded island where you can catch crabs and dig for clams or just go out for an evening ride on the water and less than 10 minutes walking to the Beach and Boardwalk.

CLEANING
Blankets and pillows will be placed in closets and guests are encouraged to bring their own. Bedding will be sprayed with disinfectant.

All surfaces are cleaned and then disinfected with a proper solution. Where appropriate, a solution of bleach and water will be sprayed on surfaces for a minimum of 60 seconds.

HOT WATER and HVAC
This unit has its own central air conditioning unit and oversized hot water heater. Don’t stay in a condo that has a small and outdated AC unit or run out of hot water.

FAQs
1) Do you have a coffee maker?
YES, We have a Flavia coffee maker which we think is the best and much better than Keurig. We also include several flavors of coffee including Starbucks and French Roast. As well as Green Tea, Macha, and Dove Hot Chocolate.

2) Is Wi-Fi available?
YES, The speed is 300 Mbps enough for streaming and surfing. We also have 3 streaming enabled smart TV’s that will allow you to watch Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video, YouTube, as well as many other streaming services.

3) Are linens and towels included?
Guests must bring their own linens and towels or you can rent them from Ocean City Bath and Linen.

4) Does the condo include hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper?
Guests should be prepared to bring laundry soap and related items.

5) Does the condo have trash bags
Yes, We try to provide an ample supply of trash bags.

6) How far is the Ocean City Beach and Boardwalk from the condo and is it free?
The Beach and Boardwalk is a short 9 minute walk and yes it's FREE and does not require passes or beach tags.

Boat Slip Rental
Boat lift has a 10,000 pound capacity and 8 ft 9-in beam limit. Slip is an additional charge of $75 per night regardless of size. Please check availability prior to booking.

Smart Lock Instructions

Download the LOCKLY App here:

Use the eKey with the LOCKLY App to get your Access Code during check-in at the front door of the unit. Make sure to turn on Bluetooth connection on your smartphone. You will only need to do this once to get the Access Code. The Access Code will be valid during your stay to unlock the Smart Lock.

1) Open your LOCKLY App in your smartphone and select "I received an invitation" then enter the eKey which is provided above.

2) Press the Ok button. Now your smartphone will pair with the Smart Lock named Bayshore301 (Verify Bluetooth connection on your smartphone is enabled if you are unable to connect). This will take about 5-10 seconds for the pairing to complete. Once paired click on the name Bayshore301.

3) Select "View Access Code" at the bottom left of the screen. The Access Code will be revealed to you in the App. Take note of the Access Code. You may now use the Access Code to open the door without having to connect to the Smart Lock via the app.

4) The Access Code will be good for the duration of your stay.

UNLOCKING:
Slide your hand across the touchscreen to wake up the screen. Enter the Access Code and touch the PIN Genie icon to unlock the door. Pull the door tight in order for the bolt to unlock.

LOCKING:
Touch the touchscreen to lock the door while pulling the door tight.

After syncing, anyone in your party can use the Access Code to unlock the Smart Lock during your stay. The Access Code is only effective from 3pm the day of check-in until 11am the day of check-out.

**IMPORTANT!** Do not turn the switch at the back of the lock off (red). This will enable the “Do Not Disturb” feature and disable the Keypad. If this happens you will need to contact the person inside to open the door or use your Lockly app to unlock the door via bluetooth connection.

We provide a Flavia Brewing Machine on site with many coffees and teas and hot chocolate to choose from.

How to use the machine

1) Press the “On” button and wait 2-5 minutes until the machine warms up.

2) Once the machine is warmed up the portion lights should all be lit.

3) Open the silver slide door to the dispenser at the top of the machine.

4) Insert the packet of your choice into the dispenser slot then close the slide door tight.

5) Select the amount of water you will need (S, M, L) and then wait for the machine to finish brewing.

6) Once complete, open the slide door, remove the used packet and discard it.

TROUBLESHOOTING

-What to do if the “Packet” light is blinking?

Completely remove the packet in the dispenser slot, then reinsert it and close the dispenser door tightly.

-Where do I pour the water?

The water reservoir is located to the right side of the machine when facing it. Remove the lid from the top of the reservoir and pour filtered water to fill it up.
