Welcome to 2022! We have a new floor throughout the unit, plus some new lighting in the hallway area. We'll get some updated pictures later this spring of the entire unit.

Hello everyone! This is to let last summer's renters* know that the letters have gone out regarding the 2021 rental season. Thought we would post that here because there have been some noticeable delays in mail delivery lately and we thought a post here letting you know the letters have been mailed would be helpful in case you haven't received the letter yet.

Prior renters: We'd like to get your email address(es) if you are OK with that as we'd like to have another method of reaching out to you should we not be able to get hold of you another way should we need to communicate anything of importance about the rental season. If you wish to send your email address please send an email to: [email protected]

* - For potential renters: Prior renters have a chance to reserve the same week(s) as they did during last summer before we open up any of those weeks to other potential renters.

Check out the new pictures. We changed up the bedrooms a bit. Now there are two queen beds in two of the bedrooms and in the third bedroom we now have two twin beds.

In the living room, we made a slight rearrangement of the furniture so now both couches have a good view of the TV.
