I have a 2 bedroom/2 bath Oceanside condo on 63rd St in Ocean City. The building has an elevator, pool and comes with 2 reserved parking spots. The beach is not crowded and is away from all the high rise buildings.

It is located within a few blocks of several restaurants and bars (Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli, Dead Freddie's, Fager's island, General's Kitchen and Annabelle's). 1 block away is a grocery store that sells beer and wine along with a liquor store 2 blocks away.
Right now, there are still several weeks available for the summer. We also rent during the offseason where we have terrific prices:

We only charge the weekly rental rate + taxes and a cleaning fee. A fully refundable security deposit is also required. We do not charge any additional fees like VRBO, Airbnb and Vacasa charge jacking up the price.

Anyone looking for a place for Cruisin Week? Our beautiful beach house is available. It can be rented for the entire week or just for the long weekend. There is a 3 night minimum.

The price is $150/night + taxes and cleaning fee. We also ask for a fully refundable $250 security Deposit which is returned if no damage. If interested in longer than 4 days, I can give a very good price

Our condo is on 63rd street Oceanside. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a pullout sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8. The building has a private pool, elevator and 2 reserved parking spots. Many restaurants/bars nearby. Grocery and liquor store 1 block away.
