This charming beach house offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City. It is conveniently located at the corner of Bayshore Drive and Sparrow lane on the Bayside. It is a duplex type townhome with private backyard w/grill and 2 dedicated parking spots. It's only 0.3 miles from Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Splash Mountain water park, go carts, mini golf and several popular restaurants. A block from the dog park, across from crabbing pier with easy access to the canal for kayaking or paddle boarding. Proximity is about 0.4 miles from Boardwalk and the beach, which is about 10 minute walk. This beach house is Ideal for 1 large or 2 small families up to 8 persons. There is a pull out sofa in the living room for additional guest.

The space

Freshly new paint all around, new beds and furniture. Apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. The main floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace and has large eat-in kitchen with dining table. On the seconf level, Masterbedroom has a queen bed; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a wooden twin size on top of full size bed. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, amusement parks, playground. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to cook their own, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. Plus the backyeard area with the gas grill, large table w/chairs, outdoor lights and private entrance. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our vacationers are cool and comfortable.


Guest access

Guests have access to entire apartment with keyless entry and parking lot with 2 spaces reserved, if there are more than 2 cars, free street parking is also available infront of the house.


Other things to note

All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic matress covers. Sheets and towels are not provided, however they can be added to the reservation for an extra fee or you can always bring your own bedding and towels. There is a security deposit required for guests staying with us that are under the age of 25, the money will be fully refunded if there are no damages to the property.

Perfect location near Boardwalk and Beach. Very Spacious 3 bedroom apartment near boardwalk and the beach. Sleeps 8+. Recently renovated floors, new bathroom, kitchen, wall paint. Within 2-3 minutes walking to the boardwalk and beach. Parking is provided. Has nearby basketball court and skate, baseball park and playground. Families and responsible groups are welcome at our vacation home. You have walking distance to the bayside views as well.

Located in downtown Ocean City, right next to City Hall and recreational park is right in front of the house with lots of sports activities, Basketball court, Skate park, baseball field and large playground. It is only 2 blocks, or less than 5 minute walk to Beach and world famous Boardwalk. You will have an experience just like staying at a nice hotel suite. Apartment is equipped with hard wood floors and ceilings throughout, also recently renovated bathroom, bedrooms, paint and furniture.
