Grayce of Dollhouse Row Grayce is one of 10 historical and iconic Dollhouses in Ocean City NJ. Built in 1927 🏠 Comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bed in each of the 2 bedrooms.

Grayce is one of 9 original historical and iconic "dollhouses" on Dollhouse Row in OCNJ. The calming charm of this piece of history, located only 300 ft from the bay, will captivate you the moment you arrive. Every amenity is thought of for you so that rest and relaxation is all you need to do. Read a book in the cozy meditation corner of the master bedroom. Savor your morning cup of coffee in our

tangerine Adirondack chairs on the front porch while you watch the neighborhood awaken. Or unwind with an evening glass of wine on our semi-private backyard alcove - complete with ambient lighting and soothing gliders. Grill up dinner on our new gas grill to bring to the beach or enjoy in our eat in kitchen that comfortably sits 4-6. Beach tags for 4 along with 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, cabana, beach cart, blanket, and beach umbrella are waiting and ready to go in the outside shed. Oh and don't forget to shower off in our enclosed outdoor shower after your day at the beach! The whole energy of Grayce is centered around your comfort. Our goal is to make your stay one of pure replenishment so amenities such as bath towels, bed linens, pillows, and blankets are provided for our guests. All bed pillows and mattresses are covered in waterproof bed bug protectors and are changed in between guests and ALL linen (sheets, comforters, blankets, sham covers, and couch throws) will be laundered using anti-viral techniques to ensure the ultimate level of protection and cleanliness. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, serving platters, bakeware, and cookware along with grill utensils for the outdoor propane grill. Basic spices and sugar/sweetener are provided. Small appliances included: drip coffee maker, pour over coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, mini waffle maker, mini griddle, hard boiled egg maker, air fryer, and hand held mixer. Grayce is the perfect seaside retreat for anyone looking for all that the shore has to offer. She is walking distance to many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and of course - the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk! Make sure to sample OCNJ's most famous morsels - Manko's Pizza, Johnson's Popcorn, and Kohr Brothers - just to name a few! OC is a family oriented "dry" town however there are liquor stores conveniently located right before coming onto the island. Every water sport is available nearby including whale/dolphin watching, surfing, jet skiing, sailing, fishing, paddle boarding, and more! The sunset on the bay is a *must*. Simply walk out the back door and within 300 ft you will have a front row seat of the some of the most beautiful sunsets ever! The beach is only 5 short blocks away - a perfect distance for your daily venture to the beach or for a relaxing evening stroll to stargaze on the sand. Visiting Dollhouse Row is listed in the "The Ocean City New Jersey Bucket List" as one of the top 100 ways to have a real OC experience. Grayce and a few other of the Dollhouses were featured twice on the cover of Ocean City magazine. I bring myself back to the place that always soothes my soul when I am afraid. I come here when I am boiling over with rage…and when I am crushed under the disappointment of my fellow brothers and sisters. I come here to connect with my Divine.

It is here that it is whispered in my ear that all will be well. To keep the faith. That good, always always always always always wins in the end. That hate can never overrule love. That inclusion is always the way. That people are wonderfully, beautifully, perfectly different from each other.

I have never ever felt any kind of negative energy or negative presence in Grayce. Being nearly 100 years old…. well, you *know* these walls possess the stories and energy of those now gone. During storms, especially when it’s windy, it is only normal for the house to have movement. I know this. But still… When Grayce does speak, it sounds purposeful and intentional. It sounds like she is telling me a story…or a secret 🤫. It sounds like footsteps. And sometimes, I just sit and listen to what she has to say. I know it’s the wind striking the house causing it to sway and moan and creak. All old homes do this, don’t they? Part 2 of “Before”! Purple and gray were the upstairs color palette and a quick color change brightened up both the bathroom and bedrooms. We did an entire facelift to the bathroom as well which gave it a brighter, more cottage feel. Switching out light fixtures and outlet/light switch covers were small changes that made a big impact. And then of course adding our own personal, bohemian beachy touch to it finished her new look! Come take a tour of Grayce before we made her into the coastal gem she is today! Grayce had a very modern center city vibe to her that definitely was super cool! It just wasn’t the vision we had for a coastal cottage by the sea! Olive green and burnt orange wall colors were replaced with cool baby blues. The darker cabinets, blinds, floor, and backsplashes were all replaced with lighter colors to immediately brighten up each room. We used coastal colored fabrics and added tons of beachy decor - most of which was locally sourced - to complete Grayce’s fresh, new image.
