The Frosty's Bayside Invitational is a gymnastics competition taking place from January 24–26, 2025, at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, Maryland. This event, now in its third year, hosts athletes competing across USAG levels 2-10 and all Xcel levels. It includes individual and team events, with awards for top performers. It's a significant event for gymnasts, drawing teams from various regions to showcase their skills.

This home offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. The open living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter, sun room with a foosball table, and a half-bathroom. There is a large deck off of the living area overlooking the community pond and fountains. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. Bring your favorite outdoor games and activities as the deck leads directly out to the rear yard area and community pond. All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, ensuite full bathroom, television, and a private deck overlooking the community pond and fountains. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom features a set of bunk beds and a television. The second full bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from the second and third bedrooms. This home is well-maintained and always in good condition!

Community amenities include a community clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, playground, tennis and basketball courts, community pond, and onsite parking. The beaches and attractions of Ocean City, marinas, golf courses, amusements, shopping, Assateague Island, restaurants, nightlife and more are all a short drive away. Ring in the New Year in Ocean City, Maryland, with fireworks and kick-start the yearlong celebration of 150 Years of Ocean City! Ocean City’s fireworks display will take at two locations, downtown on the beach and uptown at Northside Park. The downtown fireworks on the beach near Dorchester Street will be bigger and better than ever to usher in the 150th anniversary of the Town. A smaller fireworks display will be available uptown at Northside Park. Starting shortly after sunset.

The first bedroom is direct bayfront and features a king-sized bed, television, balcony access and an ensuite full-bathroom with dual vanity sinks, whirlpool bath tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, balcony and an ensuite full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a single bed, double bed, television and an attached full-bathroom. This condo is well maintained, nicely decorated and in good condition. Building amenities include a bayfront outdoor pool, open green space, secure building access, onsite parking, outside shower and an indoor pool (indoor pool is not open during the Winter months).
