Finally the weather has broken!!!! 60 degrees has us thinking one thing, THE BEACH!! Spring time at the shore is awesome! Low crowds, warm, and most seasonal places return open with little wait!

Mid 60s and sunny at the shore this weekend. If interested in renting our condo this off season let me know dates. The off season is one of my favorite times at the shore! Quiet, lots of restaurants, and still nice enough walk the beach and boards!!

Night in Venice is happening this weekend in OCNJ!

When: Saturday July 29th
Time: Parade starts at 6:00pm
Route: begins by Longport bridge and travels along the bayside to Tennessee Ave.

Fireworks: will be set off of a barge (roughly around 3rd street) and will go off between 9:00 and 9:30 depending on what time the parade concludes.
