Ocean City Condo Rental at Gullway Villas

Welcome to my home at the beach at Gullway Villas in beautiful Ocean City MD. Short walk from beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and amusement/water park!

Gullway Villas is a long standing community of 96 condos, grouped 8 per building in 12 spaciously placed 2-story structures. The grounds are well manicured with grass and flowers accenting the lighted walkways. At the center of the complex is a guarded pool that is surrounded by a privacy fence. There is off street parking for one vehicle on newly paved lots placed immediately next to each of the

12 buildings. My place is Unit 201 at 424 Bayshore Drive. The second floor unit is quiet yet just 100 feet from the pool. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, with a half bath added in 2015. It sleeps 6 with a queen bed, a double bed with a single bunk bed (above), and a sleep sofa that's a double (full sheets). A spacious great room and dining room are well served by a modern kitchen. In 2010 the condo was totally renovated with all new hardwood and ceramic tile floors, and new carpeting in both bedrooms. The kitchen was also totally renovated with a new countertop, backsplash, floor, refrigerator, hood, cabinet refacing, and lighting. All light fixtures have been updated throughout the unit which has been freshly painted and sports newer windows and window treatments as well. In 2013 a new flat screen TV and a "SCHLAGE" electronic lock system, doing away with the need for keys. In 2016 several rooms were freshly painted. I would love to share my home which is a 4 block walk from the beach and boardwalk! Read on and view our photos.
