Big day as we get ready for the new season! New (front) balcony carpet is finally finished and the new sleeper sofa has arrived. Next up: new LR chairs, kitchen countertop, BR flooring and a fresh coat of paint. Phew!

Checking out a new spot for Sunday breakfast! Bayside Skillet has a GREAT deck overlooking the bay, a unique menu (crepes and omelettes of all kinds), and super-friendly staff. Have always loved Fall at the beach, but Spring Sunday Brunches may have just won me over!
