Our 4-story townhomes can accommodate large groups up to 14 people and provide easy access to the beach. They are located at 60th Street on the ocean block of Coastal Highway only a few hundred feet from the beach. All the townhomes have granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, private garages and a minimum of 5 balconies. This great central location is close to several of Ocean City's major attractions including: Seacrets - 5 min drive/15 min walk Ocean City's top night life destination Fagers's Island - 3 min drive/7 min walk Restaurant/Bar w/upstairs fine dining area w/spectacular view of the bay. Across Coastal Highway from the townhomes on the bay side Mini Golf - 3 min drive/10 min walk Outdoor dinosaur themed golf and indoor under the sea themed golf within walking distance. Dead Freddies Island Grill - 3 min drive/7 min walk. Has special pirate themed play area for kids as well as bar/nightlife events for adults Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill - 3 min drive/7 min walk. Splash Mountain Water Park - 9 minute drive Has swimming pools and many other water themed attractions There is a bus stop near the townhomes for a quick trip to the boardwalk or other downtown attractions. We own 5 townhomes at this location that are all the same size and general interior layout. The two in the middle (2 North and 2 South) have a 3-car garage, the two in the front have a 2-car garage, and the one in the back has a 2-car garage with a space for a third car behind the unit. There is additional free parking along 60th Street.
