Our home offers an open and spacious floor plan where you’ll find most of the sleeping quarters on the first floor, living quarters on the second floor, and two master suits on the third floor! We are also equipped with an elevator (replaced in 2021) that goes to the second floor. The living room has a 70” smart TV and directly off the living room is a private play area for children. This room has

its own TV, Xbox One game console, couch, and game table! On the first floor you will find five of the bedrooms including, two queen beds, five full beds, and two twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have their own private bath, with the other two connecting by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. All of the bathrooms have been fully renovated (pictures to come) with beautifully tiled showers, shower heads with detachable sprayers, and built in Bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes while you get ready! Each bedroom includes a 55" smart TV and three of the bedrooms have a private balcony with seating looking over Jinks Creek. Our newly remodeled kitchen (pictures coming soon!) can comfortably seat 14 people at the dining table and an additional 6 people at the bar! Right off the kitchen you will find the laundry room as well as a private covered porch where you can also enjoy stunning sunrise or sunset views of Jinks Creek! Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you may need to cook for your large families, such as pots and pans, utensils, toaster oven, multiple coffee makers (one Keurig and one traditional), Ninja mixer, baking pans etc. On the third floor you will find the two master suites. Both suites have king size beds, large private bathrooms, as well as private balconies with seating. At our home you will find a large 14x32 private pool with seating for the whole family to relax! Right off the pool you will find the pool bar equipped with a 5-burner gas grill, mini fridge, ice machine, sink, as well as a 70" smart TV! This allows you to spend the day around the pool and cook for your family without ever having to leave the house! You will also find a volleyball net and basketball goal for some fun and games at the pool! We provide many other pool toys you can find in the outdoor storage area near the pool as well. For an additional fee, we can heat the pool for you in the spring and fall! As you come up from the beach, you will find two large enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water, to make it easy for everyone to wash off and jump right in the pool! Additional perks of staying at Sea Scape: a full linen package is included for each stay! Our home has an upgraded Wi-Fi system that can handle all the gadgets that will be connected to it without slowing the system down. All the mattresses in our home have recently been replaced and based on the feedback we've gotten we can say they are very comfy! The HVAC system was also recently replaced so heating or cooling our large home is never an issue! Our goal is to make your stay as smooth and relaxing as possible! From the breathtaking views from each balcony, easy beach access, large outdoor pool, we have everything you need for your family to make memories that will last you a lifetime! We’ve put in some hard work these past few weekends making sure everything is perfectly in place for rental season! We’re so excited to host everyone and for y’all to see the updates!

I’m not sure that we’ve shared on our page how we are giving our beach house a MAJOR facelift this off-season! Every bathroom is being remodeled, more LVP is being installed, and the kitchen is being revamped as well!

We are beyond excited to share the finished product with everyone! We should be wrapping things up in a few weeks, but for now here’s a progress update on one of the master bathrooms! The top right is the before—check out how far we’ve come!
