have you ever wondered how much money booking direct can save you? I just did a fake booking on VRBO for one of our open weeks - If you book direct, the rate is $8500 plus tax and $600 refundable damage deposit totaling $10,183.75 - AND you get $600 of this back as long as there is no damage. Your out of pocket is $9583.75. If this same week is booked on VRBO the total out of pocket is $11,261 - booking direct saves YOU the guests $1,677.25 on my house - isn't that crazy! I get the same net amount either way - direct or VRBO.

If anyone is looking for a great boat rental company was an absolute BLAST - Captain John made this trip so fun, even in the rain! I HIGHLY recommend this company and Capt. John to take you out on the waterway (they do other stuff too - deep sea fishing, kayaks and maybe tiki tours) We will DEFINITELY make this an annual tradition.
