Upscale, professionally decorated beach home with 8 total bedrooms and 9 total bathrooms, private heated pool, outdoor whirlpool bath, two living areas, second full size kitchen, and three master suites. This is the most unique property on OIB, located across the street from the beach. The property sits on a single over

sized lot between 1st and 2nd streets, with beautiful views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Surface Interval has lots of porches and space for everyone; it is perfect for large gatherings, family reunions or your next beach wedding! Architectural design by Jeff Echols ([email protected]), and engineering design and meticulous construction by Bob Coleman of Coleman Design Build LLC ([email protected]). For customers with discriminating taste, you have found your next beach getaway! This reverse floor plan home has an extra-large kitchen, living and dining room space with vaulted ceilings. Located in the epicenter of this high-end kitchen, find a beautiful Viking 6 burner gas range with built-in grill. There are also stainless appliances including two full size French door refrigerators, a double oven, and two dishwashers in the kitchen area… all designed to make it convenient to prepare for your large group! Lots of room for prep on the beautiful granite countertops with large island for extra seating. The kitchen faces the dining area and living space. Seat 10 around a large dining table. Additional seating along the bar and out on the porch with great views of the ocean and sunsets on our southward facing beaches. Extra-large flat panel television with Blu-ray player and comfortable seating for your family to relax after a day on the beach. There is a wet bar area with stand-alone ice maker, wine refrigerator and small beverage fridge to make entertaining easy. Other amenities include wireless internet access, ceiling fans throughout, hardwood and tile floors throughout, gas grill, televisions with Blu-ray in both living spaces and televisions in every bedroom. Three separate full size washers and dryers throughout this estate are easily accessed for any laundry you choose to do. On the first floor, there are three master suites each with king size beds, access to porches, and an ensuite whirlpool tub and separate shower for each. A kids room has two sets of bunk beds with trundles for each to accommodate up to 6 of our youngest customers. A second full living area with large television, small wet bar, and queen sleeper sofa (Tempur-Pedic foam mattresses on all sleeper sofas!) on this level makes getting away together more enjoyable – there is space for everyone! Walk down the tiled breezeway through the library with walls of windows to take in the sunrise. In the library space, accommodate an additional 6 guests. Here there are two murphy bed systems across from each other. Easily pull down those murphy beds to reveal two full sets of bunk beds. Along the wall between the murphy bed systems is a queen sleeper sofa. Continue down the enclosed breezeway and find yourself in a separate cottage that can be rented by itself in the off season. Beautiful full size kitchen, with custom cabinets and kitchen banquette, two bedrooms with a queen size bed, a Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms. Take advantage of canal views, or enjoy wrap around internal porches overlooking the hot tub and pool area. On the second floor of the main house, find the main living, dining and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms on this level both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom is ADA compliant with a bathroom accessible for mobility devices, no-edge shower, and custom vanity. A third full size bathroom off the hall services a kid nook with full sleeper sofa and queen sleeper sofa in the main living room. Porches off the bedrooms on the second floor overlook the pool area and take in breathtaking sunset views. Porches on the first floor connect from bedrooms and public spaces, wrapping around and providing direct access to the pool area. Look down on to your large pool and hot tub area. Enclosed outside hot and cold shower. Great sunset and sunrise views in so many unique places. Great views of the ocean. This upscale home sleeps up to 34 of your family and friends, 22 in beds and 12 in Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofas. All bed and bath linens are included in your stay. Beds will be made upon your arrival. The main house has 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms with an elevator, pool and heated whirlpool bath. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional sleeping in an upstairs kids nook sleeper sofa, main living room sleeper sofa, library has a sleeper sofa and 4 singles (murphy bunk beds), and a sleeper sofa in the second living room area. Lots of room to spread out in 5,000 square feet! Non-smoking. Sleeps 34. K, K, K, Q, Q (ADA), BB/BB with 2 trundles (6 twins), FSS (kids nook), QSS (main living room), QSS (second living room), BB/BB (4 twins) with QSS (library), QSS (cottage), Q (cottage), QSS (cottage).
