Our recent trip to Ocean Pines was nothing short of spectacular, with some well-deserved home improvements squeezed in during our stay. We also had the opportunity to attend the iconic Cruisin' Ocean City event in nearby Ocean City, where we witnessed a breathtaking showcase of classic cars, hot rods, trucks, and custom vehicles that left the crowd in awe. Amidst the chaos, we even spotted a bagpiper donned in full regalia, whose performance added to the electric atmosphere generated by the roaring engines and cheering crowd. Although it was quite crowded and loud, the experience was truly one-of-a-kind.

The 2025 event dates have been announced, taking place from May 15-18th, so be sure to book early to secure the best rates!

Did you know Ocean Pines has a Fairy Garden Forrest? Just inside the entrance to Ocean Pines on Manklin Creek Road.
Park your car near the indoor pool and take the path around the lake. It's a great walk if you have little ones.

"This peaceful path leads to an enchanted dense forest full of tall pine trees where the gnomes and fairies live! Walk mindfully and keep your eyes peeled for the sneaky ones, as many single gnomes are hidden between trees and under leaves. Most gnome homes are close to the ground and come in all shapes and sizes. If you are looking for something magical yet simple to do– add this to your list of places to explore."

Build your own cookie is now located at Frontier town camping resort. It’s in a group of buildings right in front on the road, so easy in and out. They are open seasonally, starting in April.
About 19 minutes from the Abbey House, it’s worth the trip!

Did you know that Ocean Pines is only a short ride from Ocean City, Berlin, Assateague and Salisbury? Perfectly situated so you can enjoy the entire region.
Take a ride to Chincoteague for the day , there are some great antique shops on the way.
Have lunch in one of the dozens of eateries in Ocean Pines or West Ocean City.
So much to see and do!

We have a few dates open in May and June then we are booked until the last week of August.
Consider making your 2025 plans now!
