Saratoga Springs, my home for the next few days. This one bedroom villa sleeps up to five people, has a full kitchen and washer and dryer in every unit, it also has a dining table with two chairs and a bench seat. The living area has a large size couch and a very comfortable Murphy style queen bed versus a pull out couch, there is also a pull down twin bed under the tv. The bedroom has a king size bed with carpeting which gives it a nice homey feel. There is a full size shower and also a nice large bathtub to soak in after a long park day. All villas at this resort offer a patio or balcony to enjoy your morning coffee!

Cucina del Capitano, what a great choice to end our wonderful and relaxing vacation! I chose Nona’s Meatball for my appetizer and Chicken Parmesan for my main course, the marinara sauce was the BEST I have ever had! For dessert a Frozen Lemon Tarte with Marscarpone and Roasted Blueberries! Simply amazing!

Finally made it to “Chibang” it was totally worth the wait! My husband had a Carnitas Bowl and Churro Y Hilado for dessert, I had a Spicy Steak Stir Fry and Cream Caramel for dessert. Delicious! Best of all, it’s complimentary for lunch and dinner with two different menus to try!

In just 10 days, I am headed to check out Carnival Cruise Line’s latest largest, and most technically advanced ship to date the Carnival Jubilee! I am so excited to try Emeril’s Bistro 717, Chibang a fun new restaurant that puts together our favorite dishes from both Chinese and Mexican traditions along with handcrafted cocktails and Cucina del Capitano just to name a few!
