Our moods always improve when we sit and watch the sea. Water is such a gift we have to improve our health and well being.
When we swim in it, there are even more added benefits. The minerals help reduce inflammation, as they help the liver, the skin and the kidneys to expel toxins from the body in a faster way.
The negatively charged ions and particles of salt in sea air have a healing effect on the airways.

The Oregon Coast is a long stretch of coastline, ranging from California to the Columbia River (divide between Oregon and Washington) and is roughly 362 miles in length. It’s home to soaring sand dunes, jagged rock beach scapes and so many state parks.
Many Oregonians flock to the coastline as weather temps increase, but the truth is, it’s lovely no matter what time of year. It’s one of our very places to be.
