There are claims that a star crossed lover from one of Shakespeare’s most famous works lived in this home, despite historians saying there is no proof this is true. Whether fact or fiction, romantics all over the world travel there to leave love letters and gaze upon the courtyard balcony. Can you name where in the world this is?

We'll post the answer later today.

The park so nice, it's covering states thrice: Idaho, Wyoming and, mostly Montana (96 percent of it). Boasting everything from the popular Old Faithful geyser to an abundance of natural wonders, Yellowstone was America's first National Park. It takes its name from the Yellowstone River, as the park is located at its headwaters. Camping, hiking, boating and fishing opportunities abound here, and 2 million tourists visit each year.

It's hard to imagine a better setting for a temple dedicated to the Greek god of the sea than this craggy perch, 200 feet above the Aegean. Constructed around the same time as the Parthenon (c. 440 BC), the columns of this temple are unique in that they were cut with only 16 flutings (horizontal grooves) rather than the more common 20, presumably to reduce the surface area exposed to the wind and salt water.

Straight out of the ovens of the Sicilian town Modica, mpanatigghi is derived from the Spanish word empanada, which they definitely resemble. Mpanatigghi are small, half-circle shaped cookies stuffed with sugar, chocolate, almonds, cinnamon and other ingredients, including minced beef! Exotic, but these delicacies still sound like an unmissable part of any Italian vacation. Would you try mpanatigghi?

"Where we're going, we don't need roads" definitely applies to Cabo Polonio! It is over 4 miles away from a major highway, there are no roads leading there and to access it you have to walk through sand dunes! Judging by that picturesque scene, we'd say it's worth the hike!

In Italian, the word sfogliatelle means "thin, stacked leaves or layers." In the world of pastries, it refers to the queen of Neapolitan pasticciotti: a sweet pastry with papery layers of flaky dough and filled with sweetened ricotta and candied fruit. One of the most popular versions is the "Santa Rosa" (named after the monastery where it originated), which is filled with custard cream and topped with cherries. Have you sampled sfogliatelle in your travels?

Built in the 1800s, these former convict barracks in Stanley, Tasmania at one point hosted as many as 73 convicts. Indentured laborers were sent from England, making up most of the workforce of Van Diemen's Land Company, which was granted the land parcel for development at the behest of King George IV. As you can see in the photo, this location affords a view of the Nut, a former volcanic plug that features a chairlift.
