Happy Summer Solstice! It’s already been feeling like summer for awhile on Ocracoke, but it’s nice to officially welcome our favorite season!

Huge announcement for OINC! New tennis & pickleball courts available for use on the island, so don’t forget to pack your rackets for your upcoming vacation!! 🎾

!!!!BIG NEWS!!!!
The Ocracoke Community Courts will be OPEN for play starting this Sunday June 9th, 7am to 8pm daily. Get your tennis rackets and pickle ball paddles ready!! Located at the end of horse pen lane!!

Please follow these rules:
Use the Courts at your own risk
Absolutely NO wheels (bikes, skates, skateboards, scooters, etc.)
No food, glass, or alcoholic beverages inside the courts
Proper Footwear required
No overnight parking/camping
Be respectful of our neighbors
No pets
Pack in, pack out, no trash cans available on sight
No loud music
No smoking/fires
Portapotty/bathrooms available at the ball field

Rules for Play:
First come first serve
Limit to one match if people are waiting
Paddles up
