This is such a great event to plan to be at!!!

✨ Dairy Discovery Camp ✨ is officially open for registration! Designed for kids ages 8-13, this is the ultimate summer fun on the farm experience and it's always a total blast. Campers will get to go on hayrides and nature walks, lead, wash and show their own calf, make homemade ice cream, butter and cheese and a whole lot more.

This year's camp will take place August 13-15 and we're limiting it to just 12 spots so you'll want to sign up quickly if you're interested!

A little something ✨new✨ in the store for the morning!

We’re always trying to create new items that are made with the best possible ingredients. Nothing but our own milk and live, active cultures! No thickeners, stabilizers, artificial ingredients, or coloring agents.

We hope that you’ll enjoy this smooth pourable, yet spoonable yogurt it at breakfast topped with fruit or in your next smoothie. Lainey thought it was yummy as a base for a veggie dip too! Julia said she tried it with a little maple syrup and she was told she isn’t to come home without it again! I’m sure the culinary list is endless!

I’ve made 3 sizes to start: 12oz, pints, and half gallons. Let us know what you think!

The fog sitting in the valleys of the lakes and streams this morning is beautiful and eerie! It’s a cool morning here but the weather is looking better as the weekend goes on! It’s going to be a great weekend for Fathers Day and the annual Cardboard Boat Regatta in downtown Watkins Glen!

There is just something about being a farm kid! Experience the farm for yourself by taking a short walk from the house to visit with all the farm animals and enjoy some amazing cheese too!

I didn’t get a traditional engagement ring. I always told Jer just get me a nice Swiss cow when you ask me to marry you. I knew I wouldn’t wear it anyway with being on the farm. Long story short that is how my girl Lucy came to the farm.

I unfortunately lost my sweet girl to a hard calving, but she gave me the most wonderful set of twins that still reside here today: Lucifer and Luna. Luna is a freemartin (meaning she is an infertile female, this is very common with a male/female set of twins in cattle) and we steered Lucifer. They essentially just live out their days as big pasture pets.

They come running to the fences one when they see me, always eager for a good pet and big hug. They are fairly fond of a PBJ sandwich too! There is no other cow on this farm than I would trust this special cargo to then my big boy, Lucifer. He stands nearly 5’10 at his back line and he is well over 6’5’ when his head is held at its natural position, but he is the sweetest and kindest gentleman. I’m so glad that Lainey gets to grow up with the pair. Cheers to many more rides on my big boy! ❤️
