Come out to meet and ask questions to some of the local chefs and increase your knowledge in farm to fork cuisine.

Hey guys please help spread the word we will be hosting our monthly Chef meeting at Farmer Troy farm on May the 15th @3:00pm in Odessa TX. Please bring comfortable clothes since we will be walking around and exploring the farm. Farmer Troy will have some amazing produce for us to try out along with a cooking demo. Chefs please invite any and all cooking enthusiasts to help promote better cooking skills, produce and a knowledgeable network of professionals.

So Farmer Troy looked at me crazy when I asked him for these mini super sour green apples for a dessert component. We poached them in red wine and earthy aromatic for roughly 6 hrs till just tender. The flavor is amazing think of a sweet and sour candy with wine lol.
