Is a masterpiece for the “chef” in you with ample counter space, tile backsplash, island w/ roll-out drawers, double oven and 5 burner gas cooktop stove, overhead microwave and dishwasher. In addition to many of the accoutrements that you may require to cook that delicious family meal, this makes Persimmon Hill Manor a family favorite home for the holidays. Dining area -
Features an open concept which allows for enough space for everyone. There is beautiful flooring throughout and the exceptional mahogany wood dining set allows for seating of 6, but room for more if you need it. Den/Great room -
Is open through to the dining area and kitchen so you will not miss any of the conversations or entertainment that is going on. The beautiful stone fireplace, although non-operational, brings an aesthetic enjoyment to the room. There is a comfortable sectional and swivel chair for you to relax in front of the 65” Smart TV. Living room -
This room is right off the den and foyer. It can easily be used for a private area by closing both pairs of pocket doors. The futon is easily converted to a full size bed for additional sleeping space. This room also offers a dedicated work space with a computer desk and chair. Formerly the “Music” room, it showcases a family organ and floor stereo although, inoperative, provides a touch of nostalgia. This room is perfect for relaxing on the sofa, loveseat or futon, reading a good book and enjoying the natural light as it comes through the large windows. Laundry room -

Throughout parts of the home you will find decorative crown molding, recessed lighting with dimmer functions ideal for winding down with a book before bed or setting the mood for a romantic evening. Backyard Fun -
Throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons you can enjoy our yard space that includes a gas BBQ grill for the traveling grill master. Sit around and enjoy the fire pit with seating for 6 with additional seating available. Who’s up for a picnic? Your family will love our unique, custom picnic table and bench set made from repurposed lumber made from a Naval ship. These were hand fashioned into the shape of a rustic wagon wheel timber……it literally screams, “WELCOME TO OKLAHOMA !” High speed WiFi extends throughout the backyard space for your enjoyment. There’s an abundance of fun to be had with indoor and outdoor games, plenty of enjoyment for the entire family.
