Lets talk EPCOT- specifically: SpiceRoad Table! 🌟 We gathered the whole family, a party of 12, for dinner at this delightful tapas spot nestled in EPCOT's Morocco pavilion. 🇲🇦 From Moroccan Hot Tea that warmed our souls to small plates meant for sharing (we shared... a LOT!) ☕ We opted for an outdoor table, treating ourselves to views of the World Showcase Lagoon. 🌊 The food was yummy and the waiter even surprised the kids with fun light-up ice cubes, they were an absolute hit! ✨

Just another day in the galaxy far, far away... Well, okay, maybe just at Disney World!
When your little Jedi-in-training insists on a Kylo Ren lightsaber from Tatooine Traders, but forgets to check the collapsibility factor... 😅 Yep, that was our Disney dilemma! Exiting Star Tours with a weapon of the First Order that's longer than any suitcase we packed – talk about a force to reckon with! But hey, fear not, fellow adventurers! No need for frantic Googling because guess what? You can totally carry those non-collapsible lightsabers on the airplane! 🛫 Crisis averted!– As for our beloved BB-8 balloon from Disney Springs... well, let's just say it didn't quite pass airport security. 🎈✈️ But fear not, friends! There's always a little Disney magic to spare: either ask a cast member to deflate and when you get home, you can reinflate! Or pass on the pixie dust to another lucky Disney guest! ✨ Trust me, I've got you covered, one lightsaber and balloon mishap at a time! 😆

🌐✨ Exploring EPCOT with my little adventurer! 🚀 My 2-year-old was the youngest in our crew by 4 years! And as there is MUCH for this age group to do at each Disney park I found myself wishing I could let him run around a little more without fear of him getting lost in a crowd, or yelling "stay close!" every 5 seconds.

We stumbled upon the 'Play Zone' near the Creations Shop entrance (opposite Test Track) – a hidden gem for our little ones.

No lines, no fuss – just pure unstructured playtime! 🤸‍♂️🏰 Located on the printed Epcot map, this spot is a savior for parents looking to let their kids run wild in a safe space. Only one way in/out, making it a breeze to keep an eye on the kiddos.

* Who knew the Sunshine State could throw such a fashion curveball? I threw this Vegas hoodie in my luggage as a "just in case" and used it almost every day during our last trip. Lesson learned: Mickey-approved layers are a must!!

Lets chat about Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is in the Deluxe category. It is like staying in the heart of Africa. The resort is beautifully designed with a stunning savanna view where you can see exotic animals right from your balcony!

The Lodge offers different room types, including Standard Rooms, Savanna View Rooms, and even 1-, 2 and 3-Bedroom Villas that can sleep up to 12 adults for larger groups. Each room is well-themed, providing a cozy and African-inspired atmosphere.

There are some fantastic dining options. Boma - Flavors of Africa is a buffet-style restaurant with diverse flavors, while Jiko - The Cooking Place offers a more upscale dining experience. Sanaa in Kidani Village is known for its delicious Indian and African-inspired cuisine with a view of the savanna. Popular dining spots and experiences at the Lodge can fill up quickly, and making those dining reservation is one thing I can do as your travel advisor.

The Uzima Springs Pool is a relaxing spot for a swim, and there's even a water playground for the little ones. The resort also offers cultural safaris, animal programs, and more.

Here are my favorite and least favorite rides at Walt Disney World...

Riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT was a total blast! I was a bit nervous at first, not knowing what to expect, especially with those intimidating ride cars. But once the ride started, it was pure joy all the way. It was like nothing I'd ever experienced before, and the soundtrack (we got "September") just added to the fun. What tune did your ride jam to? Such a wild and awesome time! 🌠

Now, lets talk about my life flashing before my eyes during the launch of Rock N' Roller Coaster located in Hollywood Studios. Never have I ever experienced such paralyzing terror in my life. I had NO IDEA this is what a launch start coaster felt like and let me tell you . .I was questioning my life choices. I couldn't even enjoy the rest of the ride because I was trying to recover from that launch! 🤣

From the moment I stepped into this time-travel wonderland, I knew my Disney stay was going to be beyond magical, and the kids loved it so much! 💖
The theming is a blast from the past – imagine strolling through the decades, surrounded by the cutest nods to 1950s to 1990s! 🕰️🎶 Every corner is filled with Instagram-worthy moments.

And can we talk about the Skyliner? 🚡 Just steps away from our room, this adorable gondola ride travels to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios!

After a day filled with Disney adventures, riding the Skyliner back to our resort was one of my favorite parts of the day! We laughed, shared stories, and relived the magic of the day we just had. Or maybe I was just beyond tired & delirious from a 12 hour park day..? Maybe..but I like to think it was just the magic of the Skyliner.

This resort has three pools and a store with plenty of Disney merchandise.
But let's talk food – Pop has a food court with 7 different stations! 🍔🌮 Ordering through the My Disney Experience App made dining a breeze – talk about convenience! 📱⏰
