We chose to name our company Tortoise Ant Hare because we believe these three creatures symbolize the characteristics of a healthy, balanced, and fulfilled life. Like the hare, Caitlin is always eager to start projects and spends a good amount of her time dreaming about the next adventure. Scott personifies the tortoise in his careful, methodical, thoughtful approach to life. We realized when we were choosing our company name that a key component was missing from this tale- community. We chose to add the ant as our representation of community and belief that no one accomplishes anything alone.

Meet the owners of Tortoise Ant Hare! Married in 2018, Scott and Caitlin have had many adventures over the last four years. When they aren't planning their next project, they're often traveling, spending time with family and friends, and playing with their two dogs. The motto they live by in both their professional and personal lives is: "Slow Down. Build Something. Explore."
