Northern Lights over Big Moose Lake last night.

What a crazy night of off and on Northern lights, Random Snow showers, Owls diving at me. But at least the coyotes kept me company.

Had a sweet late afternoon ride with my trail boss yesterday. 💕☃️❄️

Left Old Forge, to trail 4, to Pete’s Peak, to 3rd Lake, to 4th Lake, topped off with gas at Clark’s, headed up Uncas, cut off to a freshly groomed Bug Lake trail (always a favorite), out onto 8th lake, bumpy trail to Raquette, checked out the ice to see if ready to harvest (it’s getting close), apps and cold drink at the Tap Room, back down Uncas to Eagle Bay, back across 4th Lake to Inlet, NY, to Screamin’ Eagle for Sunday night Pizza, and whew, back across the lakes and trail 5 to Old Forge.

Grand day indeed!!
