Sadie's Place is located on Staples Street in Old Orchard Beach. This porch looks out to the Town Library and park. the park has tennis courts, a playground and dog park.

Enclosed three season porch. No pets or smoking. Off street parking for two cars. Two blocks from the beach. Available from Sept-May. $1,500 per month. Must have great landlord references and one months security deposit. Six month lease.

Well it's almost summer, and time to make those vacation plans. Think about Sadie's Place, right around the corner from everything that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. After a day at the beach, sit on the front porch with a cool drink and think about what you might do this evening. Cook out on the back patio, or stroll down to the square and enjoy something to eat from one of the many food vendors. Take a sunset walk back on the beach, and enjoy music in one of the many night spots.
