@ericssmokering mixed up some baby back singles with @qbelliesbba Jalapeno Rub, @trybachans Original and Miso, and some @boarsnightout OG White Lightning ⚡️ Smoked 'em for an hour and a half or so with some pecan wood and then dropped em down low for a nice carmelization. The OG WL pairs & layers so well with almost any of your favorite rubs. What's your favorite combo??

Check out this Chilean seabass she seasoned with @boarsnightout White Lightning with Double Garlic Butter ⚡️ and finished with a lemon butter sauce! She pan seared over medium heat in avocado oil for 5 minutes a side, then moved the pan to indirect heat and cooked another 5 minutes. The fish was cooked perfectly at 145 degrees internal temperature.

Cast Iron Chicken and Croutons by @pigsonbbq! It has to be one of the simplest cooks with the biggest reward. Sliced French bread was slathered with @dukes_mayonnaise on the bottom and placed in a @lodgecastiron pan. The thighs were dried off, coated with olive oil, seasoned with @boarsnightout White Lightning ⚡️and placed on top of the bread. Placed the pan directly on the grill and cooked at ~400°F until the thighs reached 185°F internal. The biggest surprise is always the crispy browned and #schmaltz soaked croutons hiding under the thighs.
When it comes to meat, only one saying comes to mind: THE BIGGER, THE BETTER! And if you're going to have a gigantic chunk, it means you need to load it up with top notch flavor. Please season liberally and make sure to cover every square inch, because nothing is worse than a bland bite! Mahi en papillote with zucchini, lemon, and capers by @jennys_coastal._cuisine! This healthy and delicious dish comes together quickly for the perfect weeknight meal. Beautiful @wixterseafood Mahi filets seasoned with @boarsnightout White Lightning with Double Garlic Butter seasoning. ⚡️ Lay the seasoned fish on a bed of parsley, lemon, and zucchini. Top with more lemon, capers, tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes until the fish is cooked to your desired temperature.

Sliced at 135 degrees. I was feeling decadent tonight, so ladded a drizzle of bearnaise and served with a side of mushrooms and onions.

Tonight was @wixterseafood Norwegian salmon cooked on a cedar plank. Seasoned with @boarsnightout White Lightning with Double Garlic Butter and glazed with a combination of brown sugar, dijon, and lemon juice. Cooked for about 15 minutes over indirect medium heat until it reached 140 degrees. Follow @jennys_coastal_cuisine for more delicious dinners like this one! ⚡️

Aight Guys!! Reverse Seared Wagyu Denver Steaks by @bamagrillmaster! Seasoned with the OG #WhiteLightning! ⚡️⚡️⚡️ I don't know about yall, but it this made me hungry! 😋
The perfect, moist, tender, and juicy pork tenderloin is actually very easy!@jennys_coastal_cuisine shared her recipe: • Start with a high-quality pork tenderloin and marinate it overnight in @allegromarinadeTennessee Whiskey (hands down my favorite pork marinade).→ Remove the tenderloin from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking and take the pork out of the marinade. Pat dry then coat with @boarsnightout Southern Thunder. Put the leftover marinade in a saucepan and boil it down to make the sauce. (boil for a minimum of 5 minutes to remove any bacteria from the raw pork)• Heat a cast iron pan to medium heat and add 2 Tbsp avocado oil. Sear the pork on all 4 sides for 2 minutes each. Reduce the heat to medium low and insert a meat thermometer. Cover the pan and cook to 135 degrees.→ Rest the pork for 10 minutes before slicing. At this time, it should be 145 degrees.• Serve with your favorite veggies, and don't forget to add that Tennessee Whiskey sauce 😋

Seasoned with @boarsnightout Spicy White Lightning and seared to perfection on my @lodgecastiron. I cooked the steak until it reached 125 degrees and let it rest. I carved it when it hit 135 degrees. The shrimp cooked over medium heat in avocado oil for about 3 minutes total. Top with fresh guacamole, and you are in taco heaven 😋 #chefskiss
